About the Blogger

Author of Wanderers Guide Book is Vic, short for Victoria.

Vic is a U.S. Navy Veteran. She served a tour in Iraq and Afghanistan. After which (or more likely during) she found herself lost and no longer knew who she was or where she was going. After ignoring her demons she finally had to face them, or she wouldn’t make it out alive. Through thoughts of suicide, depression, PTSD, Panic Attacks, and crippling anxiety, Vic has begun to love herself again and find a life worth living. She shares her story so that others may also find their own life worth living.

Vic believes that healthy connection to ourselves, the world around us, and other people will set us free. It is not enough to simply survive life, but we should hope to thrive and grow. Everyone has the choice to change their life and it’s starts by exploring the options, withholding any expectations, and then processing the journey.

She welcomes any comments or emails (or suggestions of fun weird crazy things to visit) at wanderersguidebook@gmail.com.
